The Yonex RQS 22 features Power Isometric technology that provides a larger effective Isometric area in the heart of the frame to allow serves to be delivered with more speed and control from higher in the stringbed. The construction yields more power and more repulsion. It reduces the inert space found in the conventional round frame but it keeps the sweetspot the same size. This makes the racquet easier to swing through and gives it topnotch manoeuvrability, as well. O.P.S. (Oval Pressed Shaft) technology builds into the throat, the right amount of flex for an extended dwell time for easier spin and directional control. I.P.S. (Integrated Power Weight System) positions extra weight at the sides of the frame to give the face a greater moment of inertia. Super Cushion Grip minimizes vibration. The grip’s cushioning performance helps protect the wrist, forearm and elbow against shock induced injuries.

In my opinion, it is important to have good support shoe for indoor sports such as squash or tennis. You really want to protect ankles and sprains vehicles during play or practice. These sports require a lot of lateral movement, Sprint, stop and go, charging, and a lot of sawing motion.
Whether it's a center of shoes or slippers, I do not think it matters. Many people think they need a medium to high shoes for more support. I think not.Even basketball superstar Kobe Bryant helps low top shoes to play professional basketball. More than the level of support is of utmost importance.
